How It Works

The Barcode Lookup tool connects to OpenFoodFacts, a global, crowdsourced database of food products. By providing a valid barcode (also known as a GTIN or EAN), you can retrieve publicly available information about a specific product.

  2. Click "Find Product": The tool will query the OpenFoodFacts database for that barcode.
  3. View Details: If the product is found, its image, name, ingredients, and other available information will be displayed.
