1. Data We Do Not Collect

Our servers do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data from tools that operate locally. Your entries, lists, settings, and other information entered into these tools never leave your computer.

2. Local Storage (Your Device)

To provide a persistent experience, many of our applications use your browser's built-in localStorage. This data is stored exclusively on your device and is not accessible by us. This includes data for:

• ClarityBudgets: Your income, budget categories, and expenses.
• Eisenhower Matrix: Your list of tasks and their priorities.
• Flashcard Maker: Your created flashcard decks and cards.
• Focus & Wellness: Your hydration goal and intake progress.
• Hour Wheel: Your saved activities and their durations.
• List Master: Your checklists, counters, pantry items, and subscription dates.
• Mindful Journal: Your notes and journal entries.
• Personal Project Planner: Your projects and their associated tasks.
• Quiz Builder: Your created quizzes and quiz history.
• Random Picker: Your class roster list.
• Rubric Builder: Your rubric title, criteria, levels, and cell descriptions.
• Time Zones Lite: Your list of saved cities.

3. Data You Can Lose

Since all data for the tools listed above is stored locally on your device, clearing your browser's cache or site data will permanently delete all your saved information within AppSuite. We have no way to recover this data for you.

4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

5. API-Based Tools

Some of our tools interact with third-party APIs to provide their functionality. In these cases, the data you enter is sent to the respective API but is not stored or logged by our servers.

• Weathrly: Your location or city search is sent to wttr.in to fetch weather data.
• DNS Lookup: Your domain query is sent to the Google DNS API.
• Activity Spark: Requests are sent to the Advice Slip API.
• Inspiration Spark: Requests are sent to the ZenQuotes API.
• Feedback Form: Your email and idea are sent to a Google Apps Script to be recorded.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
